What is my Linen Lovers membership number?
Your member number can be found at the top and in the member details section of every promotional email you receive from us. It can also be found on the reverse of your physical card.

Where is my order?
During major Linen Lovers events and sales, online orders may take slightly longer to dispatch due to high order volumes. We will always endeavour to ship your items as soon as possible.

We want to inform you of a recent issue with Australia Post's tracking system.
If your order is being delivered in multiple parcels, Australia Post may mark the order as "Complete" after the first parcel is delivered, even though other items are still on their way.
Please see steps here on how to track your order and stay updated on the progress of your remaining parcels.

You will not lose your place in the queue once a call-back is requested. Please note after 4pm you won’t be able to request a call-back and will need to wait in the queue to speak to our team.
