Why is there a delay with my recent order?
During major events and sale, online orders may take slightly longer to deliver due to high order volumes. Our warehouse is working in overdrive to make sure we deliver your beautiful new items to you as soon as possible. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your items have been dispatched.
What is my Linen Lover membership number?
You can retrieve your member number online via our online request form. Click here, enter the email address linked to your Linen Lovers membership and if we can find you in our database, we’ll send you an email with your Linen Lovers member number.
