Add your items to cart and head to checkout.
Choose the Click & Collect option during checkout and set your preferred collection store.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order has been accepted.
When your order is ready, we'll send you a ready-to-collect notification by email and text message.
You can then head to your selected collection store to your order. Please bring identification and your confirmation email with you for collection.

No – our Click & Collect services are free.
No – there is no minimum order value. Any order can be placed using our Click & Collect service. Linen Lovers membership cards will be shipped separately.
Yes - all Adairs stores are available for Click & Collect.
Click & Collect is only available for orders placed online.
No – while most products are eligible for Click & Collect, our oversized items are not. For example, our furniture pieces, large rugs, large artwork, mirrors etc.
Yes – our oversized items (e.g., furniture, large rugs, large artwork, mirrors), Gift Cards & Linen Lovers memberships cannot be collected through Click & Collect. Gift Cards can be purchased in-store and e-Gift Cards can be purchased here.
You can add a Linen Lovers membership to a Click & Collect order with other items, but it will be shipped separately to your address.
Linen Lovers membership cards are not available for Click & Collect. However, you can purchase a Linen Lovers membership in a Click & Collect order that contains other items. The card will be shipped separately and will be sent to your shipping address. Your membership card will not be available to collect in-store with the rest of your order.
Your Click & Collect order will be ready to pick up approximately 1 to 3 days after it has been placed.
Please bring your photo identification and confirmation email when you come into your selected collection store for Click & Collect.
We’ve put plastic carry bags to bed, so don’t forget to bring your own bag!
Our exclusively designed Reusable Bags are also available for purchase in-store and online.
Yes – we will send you a ready-to-collect email and text message when your Click & Collect order is available for pick up from your selected store.
No – for security purposes, the person named on the order must be the one to collect it from the store.
Once your order is ready to collect, you have 10 days to pick it up from your selected collection store.
Your selected collection store team will do their best to get in touch with you to arrange pick-up. If they're unable to reach you, they will refund your order back to your original payment method.
No – if you would like for your order to be delivered, please select the ‘Delivery’ option in the cart during the checkout process.
No – at this stage we are unable to offer contactless order collection.
No – an order can be either entirely Click & Collect or entirely Delivery. It is not possible to only collect part of your order once it is ready for pick-up; we will only send you a ready-for-collection email once the complete order is available. We recommend making sure you have a way to transport all your items home before heading to your selected collection store.
We always try our best to make sure our items are in-stock when you make a purchase through Click & Collect. However, there may be times when items sell out before a store has been able to pack your order. In this event, we will work hard to obtain your items from an alternative store. In these cases, we will contact you to discuss alternatives and next steps. If required, we will refund the purchase price of products not available in your order. The remaining in-stock items will continue being processed as a Click & Collect order.
Billing addresses are required as part of submitting your payment. If you have purchased a Linen Lovers membership card, we will ask for your delivery address so that we can post your new membership card to you. Membership cards cannot be collected.
We ask for your phone number to make sure your Click & Collect experience runs smoothly. When your order is ready to collect, we’ll send you a text message to let you know that your order is available for pick-up. Also, if there are any issues with your order, a store team member may need to get in touch with you by phone.
