2.2 All members/participants in the Linen Lovers program must be residents of Australia or New Zealand.
2.3 Adairs Linen Lovers membership purchased in Australia can be used at any Adairs, Adairs Kids, Adairs Outlet, Urban Home Republic store in Australia and at adairs.com.au. Can also be used at any Adairs store in New Zealand.
2.4 To be eligible for Linen Lovers member benefits and exclusive offers instore you must identify yourself as a Linen Lovers member before purchase by presenting your Linen Lovers card. If you are unable to present your Linen Lovers card, proof of identity is required by providing your phone number or email address to verify against your membership account.
2.5 The Linen Lovers card is issued by and remains the property of Adairs Retail Group and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
2.6 Any discount vouchers issued either at joining or throughout the membership period are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If discount voucher terms and conditions are not adhered to, Adairs Retail Group reserves the right to cancel the customers Linen Lovers membership at any time.
2.7 Discounts do not apply to purchase of gift cards (physical or electronic) or bonus offers.
2.8 Adairs Retail Group reserves the right to change or modify the terms of membership at any time without prior written notice and withdraw the card at any time. Adairs will make all reasonable efforts to communicate changes using such methods including, but not limited to the Adairs eNewsletter and the Adairs website.
2.9 #The Welcome Voucher will be emailed to you within 48hrs and is valid on your next purchase over $50 at adairs.com.au or any Adairs, Adairs Kids, Urban Home Republic or Adairs Outlet stores. Voucher cannot be used for payment of laybys and is valid for 30 days from date of issue. Limit of one Welcome voucher per Linen Lovers member for single use only. Email must be presented for in-store redemption along with corresponding Linen Lovers membership card. Voucher is not transferable, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or used for the purchase of gift cards.
2.10 *Free shipping only for Linen Lovers who are Australian residents delivering to an Australia address and excludes furniture, oversized items, gift cards and Call & Same Day Delivery.
2.11 Extended returns up to 90 days for Linen Lovers is subject to change and only applies to purchases 24 March 2020 until further notice. Post this period, the return period may revert to 60 days.
3.2 The evoucher will be emailed to you within 24hrs and is valid for purchases over $50. Limited to one per customer. Valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Can only be redeemed once. eVoucher email must be presented in store to be redeemed. To redeem online, promotional code entered at checkout. 4.1 Linen Lovers members receive Free Shipping for all standard Australia Post delivered items, Australia-wide. Excludes oversized items (most furniture and some rugs & oversized homewares).
4.2 Non-Linen Lovers members receive Free Shipping for orders over $150 (after discounts) for standard Australia Post delivered items, Australia-wide. Excludes oversized items (most furniture and some rugs & oversized homewares) and Call & Same Day Delivery.
4.3 Adairs uses Australia Post eParcel service for all standard post deliveries within Australia. A standard post delivery can be identified by any order that does not contain an ‘Oversized Item’. Your parcel will be sent with an Australia Post tracking number, which will be emailed to you when your order has left our warehouse. All orders require a signature on delivery. If there is no one available to receive the parcel, Australia Post will leave a card with collection details from your local post office. Standard item delivery times vary per state. If you do not qualify for Free Shipping, a flat rate of $9.95 will apply.
4.4 Adairs uses our home delivery partner for all Oversized Item deliveries. Oversized Items cannot be delivered by standard Australia Post services, due to size or weight. An ‘Oversized Item’ can be identified on the product page under ‘Product Information’, ‘Delivery Type’. Oversized Items include most furniture, some rugs & larger homewares pieces. Oversized item delivery times vary per state and delivery fees vary between $20 - $80.
4.5 Please note, during sale periods and Linen Lover events, online orders may take slightly longer to deliver, due to high order volumes. We will always endeavour to ship your items as soon as possible.
4.6 If an order has a Custom Furniture & another furniture/oversized item (from FURNDC only), the other furniture/oversized item will not be shipped out until the Custom Furniture is ready for shipping. Which means customers will have to wait 12-14 weeks to receive all over their custom furniture, normal furniture or oversized items all at once.
5.1 If you’ve changed your mind, unwashed or unused items in their original packaging may be refunded or exchanged within 60 days for Linen Lovers members and within 30 days for non-Linen Lovers members of purchase upon presentation of your receipt. This applies to both full price and sale purchases. Excludes quilts, underblankets, toppers, protectors and pillows due to health reasons.
5.2 Where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from a sample shown to you or do not do what they are supposed to then you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit. Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase.
5.3 Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5.4 Due to the individual specifications of each Custom Furniture piece, we unfortunately do not offer cancellations, returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Should an item be deemed faulty or damaged, we will provide a replacement, exchange or refund. Please note: anticipated lead times are 12 to 14 weeks for any custom order or custom replacement order. Damaged goods returns has to be clear from the start.

6.1 To be eligible for Afterpay, you need an Australian payment card, be over 18 years of age and live in Australian.
6.2 Existing Afterpay customers can use Afterpay for orders up to $1,200. First time users can use Afterpay for orders up to $500.
6.3 Online Afterpay purchases may be exchanged or refunded via our online returns address or refunded in store. All refunds will be processed via your Afterpay account. If you wish to exchange in store, a refund will be processed via your Afterpay account and then you may re-purchase. Conditions apply.

7.1 To be eligible to apply for a Zip Pay account, you need to be an Australia citizen or permanent resident, be at least 18 years of age, have a valid Facebook or Paypal account in your own name, have a valid debit card in your own name, and have not declared bankruptcy or insolvency.
7.2 Your first payment won't be due until the end of the next month. When you open your account, Zip Pay will set up a monthly payment of $40 (or less if the amount you owe is under $40). This will be deducted from your link debit card on the last day of each month and run until your purchases are paid off.

15.1 Our Call & Collect service is available is available from all Metro Melbourne stores. This service is also available at the following New South Wales stores: Artarmon Homemaker, Belrose Homemaker, Kotara Homemaker, Moore Park Homemaker, and Rhodes Homemaker. This service is also available at the following Queensland stores: Bundall Homemaker, Helensvale Homemaker, New Farm Homemaker, Noosa Homemaker, and Sunshine Homemaker.
15.2 Due to current Victorian government regulations, Call & Collect is only available to Victorian customers who live within a 5km radius of these stores.
15.3 In Victoria, pick up is available at agreed time slot, during the hours of 10am-4pm and for New South Wales and Queensland during the hors of 10am-5pm, 7 days.
15.4 If you place an order outside of these times, your order will be available the following day for collection.
15.5 You will need to present your photo ID and credit card used to make the purchase at the point of collection.

16.3 Call & Same Day Delivery is available up to 10km radius from their select store for a delivery fee of $15. If it is beyond 10km, maximum 30km radius, will incur a $30 delivery fee.
16.4 Delivery is not available to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
16.5 Call & Same Day Delivery service is limited to products available at the store and excludes large items. Total goods cannot weigh over 20kg – a store team member will notify you if your order exceeds this weight limit.
16.6 Recipient must be home when delivery occurs, please state an alternative time if you’re not going to be home.
16.7 Your order will be delivered by our delivery partner who will identify themselves upon arrival.

17.1 Any lost or stolen e-Gift cards are unable to be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
17.2 Our e-Gift cards are:
- Redeemable for any merchandise or services at all Adairs stores within Australia and/or adairs.com.au
- Unable to be redeemed for cash or be used for payments of credit or retailer accounts
- Valid for 36 months from the date of issue
- Automatically expire and are unable to be redeemed after expiry date
- Unable to be reloaded
- Partially redeemable – what happens when they partially redeem?
17.3 When ordering e-Gift cards online, choose the value from as little as $20 for each card, with a maximum of 10 cards per order. The maximum total combined value of all gift cards in the order is $1000.
- Cash is unable to be granted for any unused balance.
- Unused balance upon expiry of card cannot be refunded or credited.
- If purchase exceeds the available card balance, the card holder will be required to pay the difference with an alternative payment method.
- e-Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards or e-Gift cards.
17.4 When purchasing e-Gift cards online or via our customer service team, the recipient’s email address must be entered correctly. Any e-Gift cards not delivered due to a purchaser’s error, cannot be replaced or refunded.
17.5 Adairs, Adairs Kids, & Urban Home Republic e-Gift cards can all be redeemed in any of the afore-mentioned stores, and the online store.
17.6 We reserve the right to change any terms contained in these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes to Terms and Conditions will be on www.adairs.com.au.
17.7 For your e-Gift card balance, expiry date, or if you have any reason to believe an error has occurred in relation to your Adairs e-Gift card, feel free to contact our customer service team via our Contact Us page.
18.1 e-Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemable for cash.
18.2 Once an e-Gift card order is placed, Adairs is unable to add, remove or amend the order including the delivery details, gift card value, designs or removing items from the order. We reserve the right to cancel the order if:
- An unauthorized credit card is provided;
- We are unable to process payment on the credit card provided;
- Invalid personal details are provided;
- If, when required, acceptable proof of identity cannot be provided;
- The product has become unavailable;
If, for any reason, we don't reasonably believe we can successfully complete delivery
