Our Australian customers can purchase both physical Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards to use in-store and online. Please note that conditions and exclusions apply, please refer to the Adairs Gift Card Terms & Conditions for details.

For the moment, New Zealand customers can only purchase physical Gift Cards at Adairs stores.

Physical Gift Cards are currently only available for purchase in-store. They can be redeemed at any Adairs, Urban Home Republic and Adairs Kids retail store in Australia, or online.

Our e-Gift Cards are sent directly to the email address nominated by you and include a pin number for redemption. An e-Gift Card can be redeemed at any Adairs, Urban Home Republic and Adairs Kids retail store in Australia, or online. They can be printed or scanned from a mobile device for in-store redemption.

You can find the e-Gift Card pin number via your purchase confirmation email. For physical Gift Cards, just scratch the back of the card to reveal the code

All good things come to an end. Our physical Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

If you would like to check when your Gift Card was issued, please contact our Customer Support team via Contact Us. Any unused balance is unable to be refunded or credited when the card expires.

Your Gift Card must be treated like cash and cannot be replaced or refunded.

Great news, you can use your Gift Card partially or in full!

It’s up to you to use the full value before the expiry date. If your purchase exceeds the available card balance, the cardholder will be required to pay the difference with an alternative payment method.

Yes, you can add a custom message to Gift Cards. For e-Gift Cards, your chosen message will be displayed on the e-Gift Card emailed to the recipient. And for physical Gift Cards, you can add a handwritten note on the back.

You are unable to purchase a physical Gift Card online. We can help you find a store to purchase a physical Gift Card, or you can purchase an e-Gift Card instead.

Of course! Our physical Gift Cards can be redeemed in-store and online.

Your e-Gift Card will be emailed once your order has been processed. Typically, you can expect to receive your e-Gift Card within an hour, but can sometimes take longer if they need to be reviewed.

Remember to check your email spam or junk folders.

Please be careful when entering in the recipient’s email address. When purchasing an e-Gift Card it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the information provided is correct.

If an error is made, we cannot guarantee that your e-Gift Card will be delivered to the intended recipient. We are unable to replace or refund an e-Gift Card that is delivered to the wrong email address.

You can purchase up to 10 e-Gift Cards online at a time. However, the total combined value of the e-Gift Cards cannot exceed $1,000.

When purchasing an e-Gift Card online, you can choose a value from as little as $20 up to $1,000 (combined value) in a single transaction.

Once an e-Gift Card order has been placed, it can’t be cancelled. This is not intended to override or limit your statutory rights in any way.
