Your Linen Lovers membership will expire two years from the date of joining. If you subscribe to our emails, you’ll receive reminder emails letting you know your membership is due to expire soon as well as the date of expiry.

When purchasing a membership online, you will be issued a temporary number that can be found in your order confirmation email. This will allow you to shop and enjoy member exclusive benefits until you are issued with your permanent Linen Lovers number. We will send you an email with your permanent number. At this point, a physical card will be on its way to you, included within your online order.

Yes, our members receive free standard shipping for purchases delivered via Australia Post. This excludes oversized items such as furniture.

Once you’ve created an online account and added your Linen Lovers member number to My Account, you’ll be able to access your membership details online. You can then make changes to your personal details. Alternatively, you can visit your local store to make changes to these details.

No, you don’t need to create an online account to use your member discounts when shopping online. However, we recommend you create an online account to speed up future orders and to view your order history.

Adding your Linen Lovers number to the My Account section will link your membership to your online account. This means, you won’t need to enter your Linen Lovers number each time you purchase, your members discounts and free standard shipping will be applied automatically.

The Linen Lovers Birthday Reward is a new benefit exclusively for our Linen Lovers to celebrate their birthday. $20 Birthday Reward when you spend $50 or more. The reward has a 45 day expiry and is sent via email only to those members that are opted in to marketing emails and have provided their birthday details.
