You can use our physical gift cards and our egift cards both online and in-store. Simply present your gift card or egift card email to a friendly team member at the cash register when shopping in-store. If shopping online, click “Use a Gift Card” at checkout and follow the prompts.
How long is the gift card valid for?
Our Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards are valid for use for 3 years from the date of issue (or as otherwise stated by us). To check when your gift card was issued, you can contact our customer service team via our Contact Us page.
How to check the balance of a gift card?

What are the restrictions on the gift card?
Your gift card can be used at both Adairs and Adairs Kids and is not restricted by the department. The Adairs gift card is a universal gift card for home, and aren’t specifically furniture gift cards etc. However, gift cards cannot be used to purchase more gift cards.
What is the return policy for the gift card?
Once the e-Gift card order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. This is not intended to override or limit your statutory rights in any way.
How to report a lost or stolen gift card?
Gift and e-Gift cards must be treated like cash and cannot be replaced or refunded.
