1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions of
entry.

2. This promotion begins on the 21 November 2023 and finishes on the 9 November
2024.

3. Entry is open to customers who have been requested to give feedback about their
customer experience via SMS or email sent to the customer’s mobile phone number
or email address during the Promotion Period.

4. One entry per client feedback request will go into the $1,000 prize draw. Total value
of the prize pool is $4,000. Each winner will receive a $1,000 Adairs Gift Card.

5. Customers enter their feedback via SMS link or email link after receipt of the
Promoter’s SMS or email.

6. Employees (and their Immediate Family Members) of the Promoter, or any related
body corporate of the Promoter including the entities set out in clause 3, as well as
any agency associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate Family
Members means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto, ex-de-facto, child
or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent,
step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, stepsister or first cousin.

7. The period of this Competition begins at 12:00:00am (AEDT) on 21 November 2023
and ends at 11:59:59pm (AEDT) on 9 November 2024 (“Competition Period”). The
Competition Period is made up of one separate prize draw period (“Prize Draw
Period”), which is:

Prize Draw Period 1: All eligible entries received from 12:00:00am (AEDT) 21
November 2023 to 11:59:59pm (AEDT) on 20 February 2024 will be included in this
Prize Draw
Prize Draw Period 2: All eligible entries received from 12:00:00am (AEDT) 21
February 2024 to 11:59:59pm (AEST) on 20 May 2024 will be included in this Prize
Draw
Prize Draw Period 3: All eligible entries received from 12:00:00am (AEST) 21 May
2024 to 11:59:59pm (AEST) on 20 August 2024 will be included in this Prize Draw
Prize Draw Period 4: All eligible entries received from 12:00:00am (AEST) 21 August
2024 to 11:59:59pm (AEDT) on 9 November 2024 will be included in this Prize Draw

9. The Draw will be conducted on the following dates at 11:00am:
Draw 1: 22 February 2024
Draw 2: 22 May 2024
Draw 3: 22 August 2024
Draw 4: 12 November 2024
10. Winners will be notified via phone within 2 days of the draw. If the winner is located
in the ACT they will be contacted by mail.

11. The draw will be conducted by Feedback ASAP, St Kilda Road Towers, Level 1, 1
Queens Rd, Melbourne, Vic, 3004, Australia.

12. This is not a game of skill. The single prize winner will be selected by Feedback ASAP
Pty Ltd (on behalf of the Promoter) at random through an automatic selection
process.

13. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid and removed from the draw. The
promoter's decision is final.

14. Winner's names will be published on our website www.adairs.com.au within two
weeks of the draw.

16. If the Prize remains unclaimed there will be a redraw at the same time and address

• Draw 4: 12 February 2025
at the same time of day and address as the original draw. Each winner of an
unclaimed prize draw will be notified by telephone within 2 days of the draw. The
winners of an unclaimed prize draw will be published on our website
www.adairs.com.au within two weeks of the draw.
