We have made it simple to shop our in-store range from the comfort of your own home ready for a safe pick-up or delivery. Call our friendly team who will guide you through the process and organise your order for same day pick-up or delivery.

Our Call & Same Day Delivery service is available exclusively to Linen Lovers on all purchases. If you’re not a Linen Lovers member, our team will be able to sign you up on the call and give you access to this service as well as a wonderful world of exclusive member benefits including saving up to 10% always!

How it Works

1. BROWSE: Find your products via our online store. Click the "Find in Store" button to see if your products are available at your selected store.

2. CALL: Call the store to speak to our friendly team. They’ll ensure the product is available and guide you through the next steps.

3. PAYMENT: Once your products are confirmed, you will receive an email from the store to complete your purchase. Simply pay securely via the link with your credit card. Link will only be valid for 2 hours.

4. COLLECT: When you arrive at the store, head to the counter where a friendly team member will ask to see your photo ID and credit card used for purchase.

Our Call & Same Day Delivery service is available at most locations. Call your local store to see whether this service is available in your area.

How it Works

FAQs

What is Same Day Delivery?

Our Same Day Delivery service is a fast and convenient Adairs home delivery or collection option available exclusively to Linen Lover Members. This service is available at selected stores. Please call your local store to see whether this service is available.

Does it cost extra?

Call & Collect is a free service. Call & Same Day Delivery service is available for a delivery fee of $15 for Linen Lover customers within a 10km radius from their seleted store. Linen Lover customers located beyond 10km and maximum 30km radius from their selected store will incur a $30 delivery fee.

What if I am not a Linen Lovers member and would like access to the Call & Same Day Delivery service?

Our friendly team will be able to sign you up to become a Linen Lovers member when you are placing your order over the phone. If you’d like to learn more about the exclusive offers, events and more, please click here.

I am a Linen Lovers member, am I required to pay the Call & Same Day Delivery fee?

Yes, you will be required to pay the delivery fee. Linen Lovers free standard shipping does not apply with Call & Same Day Delivery.

Who will delivery my order?

Adairs uses a third-party delivery service to deliver your items.

What happens if I place my order after 1pm?

Orders placed and paid for after 1pm will be delivered the following day. If you call outside of store hours, please leave your name, number and order selection and our store will call you the following day to assist you to complete your order.

Can my order be delivered to a PO Box or Parcel Locker?

No. Call & Same Day Delivery is not available to PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We can book your delivery as soon as you place your order, however we do need for you to be home to accept your beautiful parcel. So it’s important that we book delivery for when you’re home.

What happens if I am not home when my delivery arrives?

You must be home, as we can’t take responsibility for orders if they go missing. If for whatever reason you’re not going to be home we can arrange a time when you are.

Will I receive a notification when the delivery has arrived?

Yes, the driver will contact you upon delivery.

With Call & Collect, is there a specific time frame to collect my order at the store?

When placing the order with our store team, you will be required to specify approximately what time you would like to pick up your order and we will have it ready for you then.

What do I do when I arrive at the store to collect my order?

When you arrive at the store, head to the counter where a friendly team member will ask to see your photo ID and the credit card used for purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept third party collections.

Are all products available for Call & Collect?

Call & Collect service is limited to products available at the store and excludes large items.

To see if the products you’d like to purchase are available in one of the selected stores, we recommend using the Find in Store feature on our product pages.

Are all products available for Call & Same Day Delivery?

Call & Same Day Delivery service is limited to products available at the selected store and excludes large items. Total weight of your order cannot exceed 20kgs and our store team will notify you if your order exceeds this weight limit.

I have items missing from my order. What do I do?

If you are missing items from your order, please contact the store you’ve purchased from and they will assist you.

Will I be provided with a receipt?

Once you have placed an order with one of our store team, they will include the order receipt within your purchase.

I have a question about my order, what should I do?

If you have any questions about your order, please call your local store.

Can I return or refund my order?

In the event you wish to return or refund your order, please contact your selected store who can arrange this for you.

Is there a cut off time for Call & Same Day Delivery?

Yes, orders must be placed prior to 1pm in selected stores to qualify for the Call & Same Day Delivery service.
