Call & Collect

Our Call & Collect service is available at most locations.
Call & Collect hours may vary, please check our store locator to find your nearest store and contact for further details.

Please note, due to current NSW & VIC government regulations, Call & Collect is only available to customers who live within a 5km radius of their selected store.

 

How it Works

1. BROWSE: Find your products via our online store. Click the "Find in Store" button to see if your products are available at your selected store.

2. CALL: Call the store to speak to our friendly team. They’ll ensure the product is available and guide you through the next steps.

3. PAYMENT: Once your products are confirmed, you will receive an email from the store to complete your purchase. Simply pay securely via the link with your credit card. Link will only be valid for 2 hours.

4. COLLECT: When you arrive at the store, head to the counter where a friendly team member will ask to see your photo ID and credit card used for purchase.
Please note, during government regulated lockdowns, when you arrive at the store entrance, please either knock or call the store for assistance.

Exclusive to Linen Lover Members

Our Call & Same Day Delivery service is available at most locations. Call your local store to see whether this service is available in your area.

4. DELIVERY: Orders placed and paid for before 1pm will be delivered the same day. Orders placed and paid for after 1pm will be delivered the following day.

Our Call & Deliver service is available at most locations. Delivery via TOLL is available from metro stores within your own state. Regional store locations can deliver to the local area only and the service is unavailable in our outlet stores. Call your local store and have your items conveniently shipped to you within 5 days* via the fast Toll delivery network.

3. PAYMENT: Once your products are confirmed, you will receive an email from the store to complete your purchase. Pay securely via the link with your credit card. Your link will only be valid for two hours.

4. DELIVERY: Orders placed and paid for before 1pm will be booked for Toll collection that same day. Orders placed and paid for after 1pm will be collected by Toll from store the following day. 

 
 
 

 

FAQs

Does it cost extra?

Call & Collect is a free service.

Call & Same Day Delivery service is exclusively available for to Linen Lovers customer for a delivery fee of $15 within a 10km radius from their selected store. Linen Lover customers located beyond 10km and maximum 30km radius from their selected store will incur a $30 delivery fee.

Call & Deliver service is available for delivery fee of $15 for customers ordering from a store within the same state If your order is outside of the state or exceeds our delivery conditions, the actual TOLL delivery fee will be calculated and charged.

What if I am not a Linen Lovers member and would like access to the Call & Same Day Delivery service?

Our friendly team will be able to sign you up to become a Linen Lovers member when you are placing your order over the phone. If you’d like to learn more about the exclusive offers, events and more, please click here.

I am a Linen Lovers member, am I required to pay the Call & Same Day Delivery fee?

Yes, you will be required to pay the delivery fee. Linen Lovers free standard shipping does not apply with Call & Same Day Delivery.

Who will deliver my order?

Call & Same Day Delivery: Adairs uses a third-party delivery service to deliver your items.

Call & Deliver: Adairs uses the fast Toll delivery network to deliver you items.

What happens if I place my order after the 1pm cut off time?

Call & Same Day Delivery: Orders placed and paid for after 1pm will be delivered the following day.

Call & Deliver: Orders placed and paid for after 1pm will be collected by Toll from store the following day.

Can my order be delivered to a PO Box or Parcel Locker?

Call & Same Day Delivery: No, these deliveries are not available to PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Call & Same Day Delivery: We can book your delivery as soon as you place and pay for your order, however we do need for you to be home to accept your beautiful parcel. So it’s important that we book delivery for when you’re home.

Call & Deliver: We can book your delivery with Toll for same day collection as soon as you place and pay for your order before 1pm. Your delivery will arrive within 5 business days* from the collection date.
*Please note, government regulated lockdowns may affect delivery timeframes.

What happens if I am not home when my delivery arrives?

Call & Same Day Delivery: You must be home, as we can’t take responsibility for orders if they go missing. If for whatever reason you’re not going to be home we can arrange a time when you are.

Call & Deliver: If you are not home, Toll will leave a 'Sorry we missed you' card and your delivery will be directed to a Toll Depot. Please follow the instructions provided by Toll.

Will I receive a notification when the delivery has arrived?

Call & Same Day Delivery: Yes, the driver will contact you upon delivery.

Call & Deliver: We will provide you with a Toll tracking number.

With Call & Collect, is there a specific time frame to collect my order at the store?

When placing the order with our store team, you will be required to specify approximately what time you would like to pick up your order and we will have it ready for you then. Collection hours may vary, please check our store locator to find your nearest store and contact for further details.

Are all products available for Call & Same Day Delivery, and Call & Deliver?

Call & Same Day Delivery service is limited to products available at the selected store and excludes oversized items. Total weight of your order cannot exceed 20kgs and our store team will notify you if your order exceeds this weight limit.

Call & Deliver services are limited to products available at the selected store and excludes fragile and/or oversized items. Please contact your selected store, where our team will confirm if your items meet the requirements and can be delivered by Toll.

Will I be provided with a receipt?

Once you have placed an order with one of our store team, they will include the order receipt within your purchase.

I have items missing from my order. What do I do?

If you are missing items from your order, please contact the store you’ve purchased from and they will assist you.

I have a question about my order, what should I do?

Can I return or refund my order?
