— Defect —

The product contains high levels of Formaldehyde in the MDF component of the product.

 

— Hazard —

Formaldehyde in the MDF component may give off a pungent, irritating odour and may cause irritation to the eyes, nose and throat.

 

— What to Do —

Customers should immediately stop using the product. Adairs will be contacting affected customers directly to arrange for collection of the product and a full refund of the purchase price, including any delivery charges.
