How to care for your Steel Outdoor Furniture The steel frame on your outdoor furniture has been zinc coated and then powder coated to maximise its longevity in an outdoor setting. Avoid scratching the steel surface as this may lead to rust. Dust the frame with a soft brush to remove any dust, dirt or cobwebs. A damp cloth can be used to wipe down the frame and synthetic wicker. Cushions can be cleaned gently using a diluted laundry detergent and a cloth.
