As marble is a natural material, each piece will have different veins and will be unique in appearance. 
Take special care to avoid contact with common acidic liquids like vinegar, wine, fruit juice and coffee. Spills should be immediately cleaned with a gentle cloth. 
Avoid placing heavy or sharp objects on the surface of the marble as it is a porous stone by nature and can be prone to nicks, scratches, and stains. 
When moving your furniture, never drag or push the stone because doing so could cause it to crack and chip.
Over time, air and sunlight will change the colour of natural wood and stone. Occasionally, rotate the items placed on your furniture to allow a more uniform colour to develop.
Maintain Consistent humidity levels to minimise seasonal expansion and contraction of wood and prevent warping.
