Adairs Customer Feedback Promotion Terms & Conditions

  1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions of entry.
  2. This promotion begins on the 01 November 2025 and finishes on the 30 April 2026.
  3. Entry is open to customers who have been requested to give feedback about their customer experience via SMS or email sent to the customer’s mobile phone number or email address during the Promotion Period.
  4. One entry per client feedback request will go into the $1,000 prize draw. Total value of the prize pool is $2,000. Each winner will receive a $1,000 Adairs Gift Card.
  5. Customers enter their feedback via SMS link or email link after receipt of the Promoter’s SMS or email.
  6. Employees (and their Immediate Family Members) of the Promoter, or any related body corporate of the Promoter including the entities set out in clause 3, as well as any agency associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate Family Members means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto, ex-de-facto, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
  7. The period of this Competition begins at 12:00:00am (AEDT) on 01 November 2025 and ends at 11:59:59pm (AEST) on 30 April 2026 (“Competition Period”). The Competition Period is made up of separate prize draw periods (“Prize Draw Period”), which are:

  8. Prize Draw Period 1:     All eligible entries received from 12:00:00am (AEDT) 01 November 2025 to 11:59:59pm (AEDT) on 31 January 2026 will be included in this Prize Draw

    Prize Draw Period 2: All eligible entries received from 12:00:00am (AEDT) 01 February 2026 to 11:59:59pm (AEST) on 30 April 2026 will be included in this Prize Draw

  9. The Draws will be conducted on the following dates at 11:00am:

    Draw 1: 12 February 2026
    Draw 2: 12 May 2026

  10. Winners will be notified via phone within 2 days of the draw.
  11. The draw will be conducted by Feedback ASAP, 80 Dorcas St, Southbank, Vic, 3006, Australia.
  12. This is not a game of skill. The single prize winner will be selected by Feedback ASAP Pty Ltd (on behalf of the Promoter) at random through an automatic selection process.
  13. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid and removed from the draw. The promoter's decision is final.
  14. Winner's names will be published on our website www.adairs.com.au within two weeks of the draw.

  16. If the Prize remains unclaimed there will be a redraw at the same time and address as original draw. Date for this draw would be:

    Draw 1: 12 May 2026
    Draw 2: 12 August 2026

    at the same time of day and address as the original draw. Each winner of an unclaimed prize draw will be notified by telephone within 2 days of the draw. The winners of an unclaimed prize draw will be published on our website www.adairs.com.au within two weeks of the draw.
