FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
   
   
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents at the time of entry. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
   
   
3. Employees and Directors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion may not enter. Immediate family includes: spouse, ex‑spouse, de‑facto spouse, child or step‑child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step‑parent, grandparent, step‑grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step‑brother, step‑sister or first cousin.
   
   
4. The competition commences at 09:00am AEDT on 20/04/2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 26/04/2026 (“Competition Period”).
   
   
5. This is a game of chance. Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
   
   
6. This is a game of chance, so one entry that meet the requirements will be selected at random as the winner. Entrants must:
   • 1. Follow @adairs, @adairskids and @minijumbuk on Instagram
   • 2. Like the competition post
   • 3. Comment on the post and tag someone who “knows how much you love your sleep”
     
     
7. Each valid comment constitutes one (1) entry. There is no limit on the number of entries per person.
   
   
8. Incomplete, incomprehensible or invalid entries will be deemed invalid.
   
   
9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or engages in unlawful or improper conduct.
   
   
10. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
    
    
11. The draw will take place at Adairs Retail Group Pty Ltd, 1 Middle Road, Chadstone VIC 3148 on 05/05/2026 at 3:00pm AEST. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
    
    
12. Three (3) winners will be notified via Instagram direct message within two (2) business days of the draw. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    
    
13. Prize Details:
    There will be three (3) winners, each receiving one (1) quilt from the exclusive Adairs x Minijumbuk range, in a size of their choice (Cot, Single, Double, Queen, King or Super King). Available quilt styles include:
    • Every Night Australian Wool Quilt
    • EverWarm Australian Wool Quilt
    • EverCool Australian Wool Cotton Quilt
    • Mini Junior Every Night Australian Wool Quilt
    The total prize value per winner is dependent on the quilt and size selected and ranges from $199.99 to $849.99.
    
    
14. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
    
    
15. Winners must claim their prize by 12:00pm AEST on 05/06/2026. If a prize is not claimed by this date, it will be forfeited.
    
    
16. An unclaimed prize draw will take place on 09/06/2026 at 3:00pm AEST at the same location as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winner, if any, will be notified via Instagram.
    
    
17. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner for promotional purposes, in any media, without remuneration.
    
    
18. If the promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to regulatory approval if required.
    
    
19. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes the statutory consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
20. The Promoter collects personal information for the purpose of conducting the promotion and may disclose this information to third parties, including agents, contractors and regulatory authorities. 21. Any costs associated with accessing Instagram or the internet are the entrant’s responsibility. Automated or bulk entry methods are prohibited.
