Never leave a baby unattended on a change table. If babies fall from up to 1.5 metres to the floor or onto other furniture, they can suffer serious injuries or fractures to the body. Ensure that the baby’s head is at the top of the change pad/table. Have everything ready before you place the baby on the change table so that you don’t have to leave the baby unattended. Remove all hazards from the change table area out of reach of your baby (e.g. pins, lotions, toys). Always keep one hand on the baby when using the change table to prevent the baby from falling. Never allow the baby to sleep on the changing pad. This item has not been designed for safe sleep and may pose a suffocation hazard.
