We’re pleased to offer free Call & Collect services at most of our retail stores. Simply call your local store to place your order and we’ll let you know when your items are ready for collection.

Here's how it works. When you find a product you love,

  1. Call your local store to place your order. Our team will make sure your product is available and guide you through the next steps. 
  2. You’ll receive an email from the store to complete your purchase.
  3. Our team will arrange a time for you to collect your items from the store.

Call & Collect is a free service.

On arrival, please present photo ID and the same credit card used for your purchase.

Unfortunately we cannot accept third-party collections. On arrival, the purchaser of the order must present photo ID and the same credit card used for the purchase.

When placing the order with our store team, simply specify what time you would like to pick up your order and they will have it ready for you then. Collection hours may vary, please check our Store Finder to find your nearest store and contact for further details.

No, your order must be paid for in full prior to collection.

Our friendly team will be in touch once your order is processed and ready for collection. On arrival, please head to the desk or call the store to let them know you’ve arrived.
