Our commitment to succession planning is demonstrated through an ongoing internal promotion; 90% of Area and Regional Manager have been promoted from Store Manager roles. To ensure our continued success we are looking for an individual who displays commitment, focus, respect and a strong selling orientation to manage our Adairs store in Moore Park. Ideally your enthusiasm and drive will be supported by your experience in retailing, people management and exposure to personalised sale targets.
Your role as a Store Manager will require you to:
- Lead your team towards the achievement of company KPIs including outstanding customer service delivery
- Provide your team with support and guidance in the area of training and development
- Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management with regards to the operation of functions within your store
