Returns
We hope you love your new purchase, but on the off chance that you don’t, here’s what you need to know.
We've now extended our returns policy, so if you’ve changed your mind, unwashed or unused items in their original packaging may be refunded within:
- 90 days of purchase for Linen Lovers members and within
- 60 days of purchase for non-Linen Lovers members

Returning an Oversized Item
We do accept returns, however, oversized items cannot be returned via Australia Post or to Adairs stores. Please call our Customer Service team on 1300 783 005 to arrange delivery back to Adairs.
Please keep in mind that shipping fees are non-refundable and there may be a fee charged for the cost of delivery back to Adairs.

Standard Post Items
Adairs uses Australia Post eParcel service for all standard post deliveries within Australia. Our standard flat rate for shipping within Australia is $9.95. Purchases of $150 or over will be shipped free of charge within Australia. For delivery time frames and more information click here.
Oversized Delivery Items

The standard rate for oversized delivery items varies from $20 - $80 depending on the item and quantity of items in your order. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. Free shipping promotions do not apply to oversized delivery items which include most furniture, some rugs and larger homewares pieces.
Adairs uses third parties for delivery of any larger items outside Australia Post guidelines. You will be contacted by our delivery partners customer care team when your order arrives at their location in your state to arrange a suitable date and time. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm (Public holidays excepted).
The Ella Jersey quilt cover set is made from our favourite jersey which is incredibly soft and elegantly quilted, perfect for cuddles all year round.
