In an retail environment where it is almost impossible to find staff to help you (i.e. David Jones and Myer), the adairs experience has been an extremely positive one. Staff always offer help without being overbearing, they always tell you their name, and in a recent experience trying to get hold of a doona cover and sheet set for my daughter which was running low on stock - Josaphine at Rhodes went above and beyond to find me what I was after. Keep up the good work!

I had made a late night mistake by ordering my entire order twice. I spoke with someone from your company and they were very friendly and helpful in fixing my order.

Service rating : Service was excellent, I was unsure of what would happen after I placed the on-line order, so I phoned to ask and the staff were very helpful.
Product : I keep washing them and putting them straight back on the bed.
