Luxus PillowFrom memory I think the goods were sent by Express Post which does not work for the 2700 postcode (and a lot of other postcodes). Mine was a relatively small order and I think the postage was $15 so maybe you could have a look at sending by ordinary post as a matter of course with Express Post by request. I would like another pillow protector but am not going to order at this time because of the postage cost. The products I ordered were excellent.

We recommend that you warm machine wash using a gentle cycle with a mild or eucalyptus-based detergent. Do not bleach, soak or wring the quilt and do not dry clean.
To dry, Tumble Dry completely on low, or line dry over several lines without delay.
For best results, we recommend that you air your pillow regularly.
