Delivery and Returns Policy


Delivery

Orders to value of $250 or more (after all discounts), are delivered free of freight charges within Australia. Orders of a value of less than $250 will incur a $9.95 delivery fee within Australia, including GST. Orders outside of Australia are not currently supported through this website.

Gift cards purchased online will be delivered using Registered Post and will incur a $2.50 delivery fee.

All purchases are generally shipped within 7 working days. Delivery by Australia Post will normally occur within:

1 - 4 days (VIC and NSW)
4 - 6 days (TAS, SA and QLD) 
6 - 9 days (WA and NT)


At Adairs, it is about The Customer Always.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, or if the product is faulty in anyway, simply return the product to our online team for a full refund or exchange.

Postal Returns
Simply post the item by return mail, with a your invoice or receipt, to our Online store team at:
Shop 1, 901
Nepean Highway
Mornington VIC 3931.

Upon receipt of your return consignment, we will process a credit note, refund or exchange, if that is what you require.

In Store Returns
Your product can also be returned to any Adairs and Adairs Kids store, with a copy of your receipt, if this is more convenient for you.

Further information
Please choose carefully when selecting quilts, underblankets and pillows, as there is no exchange on these items due to health reasons, unless the product is faulty.

Returns done in store can be processed immediately. However, returns by mail may take 2 weeks minimum to process and notification will be by email.

Please note that we cannot make changes to an order or transaction once payment has been processed and the order has been closed.
